    Nope. Our planning is included when you book through us. We’re paid by our travel partners, so you get expert guidance, perks, and on-trip support without extra agency fees.

  • What happens after I inquire?

    We start with a quick discovery (about 10 minutes). We’ll ask who’s traveling, dates or month, airport, budget range, vibe (quiet + luxe, lively + fun, foodie, spa), and any must-haves (separate sleeping area, splash zone, swimmable beach, butler, etc.). From there, an all-inclusive travel agent on our team shortlists your best fits.

  • How do you decide which resorts to recommend?

    We combine first-hand stays at 100+ resorts with three filters below. You’ll get honest pros/cons—not brochure copy.

    • Vibe & layout (is it truly family-friendly or adults-only, walkable or sprawling)
    • Logistics (transfer time, beach conditions, room placement)
    • Value (what’s actually included vs. what costs extra).
  • What do your proposals include?

    Usually 2–3 options with: total trip price, what’s included, clear “extras,” deposit details, flexible date ideas, maps for orientation, and our notes on room categories (e.g., “choose Building X for quieter nights”). You’ll see why each option made the cut.

  • Can you hold a room or price?

    We can package flights or price resort-only—whichever is smartest for your dates. Using points/miles? Great. We’ll coordinate around your award flights and still manage the ground side like transfers and timing.

  • What perks do you add that I don’t get on my own?
