The Story
My first all-inclusive was the Iberostar Tucan in 1997, the year it opened. My mom took me, I was a kid, and I fell hard for all of it: the warmth, the food, the people, the monkeys in the trees, the resort cats. I have been chasing that feeling ever since.
In 2011 my wife Lana and I turned that obsession into Caballeros Vacations. Fifteen years later I still plan every trip personally. Lana keeps the business running behind the scenes; the resort matching, the quotes, the texts while you are away, and everything you read on this site come from me.
Resorts are where it started. I have stayed at 115+ across Mexico and the Caribbean, most of them more than once, and I book around 350 travelers a year to Cancún and the Riviera Maya alone. Iberostar named me a Top Star Agent, its award for the top-producing agents in North America. Not all of it is all-inclusive: in Aruba and Costa Rica most of what I plan is luxury and boutique resorts and villas, and on the Riviera Maya I book the luxury properties at Mayakoba and Maroma alongside the Secrets and the Iberostars.
Cruises came next, and they are a full practice of their own: I am CLIA accredited, a Virgin Voyages Gold Certified First Mate, and Alaska certified, and I sail the lines I book. And because our family lives at the parks too, I plan Disney World and Universal Orlando trips as an annual passholder with 30+ visits, for families and for adults traveling without kids.

I book flights as part of a resort stay, a cruise, or a park trip, never on their own. And if you already know exactly which resort and room you want and only need a price check, an online booking site will do that faster than I will. Everyone else, especially anyone choosing between resorts or traveling with a group, is exactly who I plan for.
Book flight-only trips with the airline directly. Come to me when there is a resort, a ship, or a park at the other end.
That is genuinely all I need to point you at the right two or three resorts for your week. No guessing, no sorting through forty options on your own. Every all-inclusive booking through me includes private roundtrip airport transfers, and I will tell you straight where you fit.

No. I am based in Brooklyn, New York, and most of my clients live somewhere else. Everything happens by phone, text, WhatsApp, and email, so where you live does not change how I plan your trip.
Private roundtrip airport transfers on every all-inclusive booking, in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Aruba, and Costa Rica alike, plus any room upgrades, resort credits, or early check-in the brands make available through my status with them. In Cancún, my local staff are a text away while you travel.
